Armadyl Godwars Guide

This guide will show you how to successfully kill the Armadyl boss. The boss is one of the most challenging so it is best to be extremely careful. You will need around 8+ people to kill the boss a decent number of times. You need 70+ range to get into the boss area.

It is STRONGLY advised to have an Armadyl item (helm, chestplate, skirt). If you do not have one of these items then follow this guide to obtain a free Armadyl pendant:

You will also need a mithril grapple, which can be bought on the GE.

If you have full Armadyl use that. If not, a Veracs helm and skirt with a Karils top will do well. Archer helm and black dragonhide can be used if you do not have enough money. The best shield would be either a Spirit shield or a Dragonfire shield, however if you do not have either then you can use an Obsidian, Crystal or granite shield.

Rune crossbow is required. You can use ruby bolts until the boss has less than 50% hp left, then it is best to switch to diamond bolts.

Ranger boots or infinity are preferred. Snakeskin or dragon can also be used. If you aren't teleporting up, then use climbing boots.

Sara brews and super restores are required as you will eat sharks/rocktails too quickly. It is highly advised to bring a bones to peaches tab for extra food and also a titan/bunyip/tortoise for more health. Fruit bats are also very good.

GETTING THE KC

When you enter the dungeon, head south to the Armadyl place where you will have to swing across.

Swing Across To Get To Aviansies

Swing across and you will kill then Aviansies until you have 40kc.

Killing The Aviansies

After you have your 40kc, mass outside the boss room (north), go into the clan chat and turn on lootshare. Once everyone is ready, the group will go in. It is important that you keep RANGE prayer on at all times as the boss can hit 60+.

The boss can drop Armadyl armour and Armadyl hilts, both are very rare and very expensive.
